Breakfast

I love breakfast. Also, I’ve decided to go healthy. or, well healthier. Eating healthy doesn’t necessarily mean boring. For example I love oatmeal for breakfast. And by just adding a mix of buckwheat and psyllium seeds (lots of fiber, woho!) and replacing the jam with a crushed banana – voila! Healthy, easy and delicious!
