Hello! Have been working out today. I need to exercise more >__> I try to do some kind of work out every day (usually pilates or jogging) but this week I’ve been sooo lazy. But today I went for a run on the treadmil at the gym. this was the last time I could go for free though, so I probably won’t be returning there again ;_; It’s too bad, because I love jogging. I try to run for about 3-4 km every time. And it’s waaaay to cold (like -10°C) for me to be jogging outside..
But anyway. Now I’m having a late afternoon snack. Very important when you’re working out ^^
A cup of tea and some cottage cheese with mango. (it’s a winning combo! so delicious!)
