My new workspace

Hello! I decided it was time for a little update about my home! Mainly about my desk. If you’ve read this old blogpost, you might remember that I used to have my workspace at the far end of our desk close to the hallway. Me and my boyfriend Johan also used to have a roommate, so we used to be 3 people sharing the desk. But now he has moved out, so me and Johan decided to switch places. So now I have this cosy little space in the corner!

Sorry for the somewhat bad quality of the photos, it was a bit dark outside when taking them ~

Moving in progress:
it turned out to be a lot harder than it looks haha. And very messy!

But we’re very happy with the finished result:

I haven’t really decided what more to do with my desk. If I want to decorate it in some way, or keep it very simple and minimalistic. We’ll see!

… Also, we’re going to JAPAN tomorrow! So I’ll probably blog about that soon 😀 Stay tuned!

A place filled with memories.

Hello everyone! Ah I can’t believe it’s only a couple of days left until I move to Tokyo O_O I already started packing some days ago, but I still can’t decide what to bring. But I think I’ll figure it out in the end ^^ Anyway, since I’m leaving this place soon (although I will of course be back eventually) I thought I’d post some pictures of it before I go! I re-decorated the living room with blue colours this summer ~

And also we (and by “we” I mean my boyfriend and his manly friends :’D) finally managed to put up some wall shelves!

My boyfriend loves plants ~ I do too, but I usually keep plastic ones… ^^;;

Goodbye living room! またね!

What I love most about my home…

is who I share it with ♥

Hello! so, Christmas is coming up and I still haven’t managed to get a cozy Christmas feeling at home x_x but at least I added some silver/gray/white colors to our living room and bathroom. And my sweet boyfriend helped me to put up some magazine racks for my work space ♥ so here are some pictures ~

Whatever happened to aging gracefully?

… it got old – Sex And The City

The weather is having some serious mood swings. One moment the sun is shining and it feels like summer, but next thing you know the rain is pouring down. Anyway, I decided to play around with my old camera (Sony DSLR A100). I’m not using it as much nowadays since I’m using Johans instead (Canon Rebel something~), but I have a macro lens for my Sony that I really like so I decided to try it out.

New colors in the living room ~

One moment the sun is shining…

… And the next the rain is pouring down

I think summer is definitely coming to an end soon. Winter is coming.

Trying out a Raspberry Face Mask from H&M. Looking very sexy ~

“The most important thing in life is your family. There are days you love them, and others you don’t. But, in the end, they’re the people you always come home to. Sometimes it’s the family you’re born into and sometimes it’s the one you make for yourself.”

Let the sun shine in.
